Is your site safe and secure?

Yes! We love our customers and want to keep any personal information safe from harm. What Currency Are Your Prices In?

All prices are In US Dollars ($USD). All prices include any relevant taxes.

How Do I Place An Order?

Simply add your desired items to shopping cart, to view cart click cart link in top right hand corner of screen. Proceed to checkout fill out your account details and pay with your preferred credit card.

How Do I Know If An Item Is Available For Purchase?

All visible products are in stock. However,  if  a product is out of stock, an "out of stock" label will be placed next to the item and you will not be able to add the item to your cart. You will still be able to view the product, images and descriptions.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently we Do NOT ship internationally.

What Are Your Shipping Fees?

All orders have FREE SHIPPING anywhere to the United States. You will be given a tracking number after the order has been processed. Processing time can be between 1 to 5 business days.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Estimated delivery time to the United States is between 12 to 20 days.

What Happens If I Don’t Receive My Item In Allocated Time/At All?

This process can take up to 28 business days, if by then your order has not been delivered, we will be issue you a full refund.

I Want To Return An Item

Any return of a product where there is no error with the order (e.g Change Of Mind) must contact General Saves within 14 days of receipt to request a refund.

The item/s will be required to be sent back to our return address below at your own expense. ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL SEALED CONDITION AND NOT APPEAR USED OR TAMPERED WITH. Upon receipt of the return goods, items will be examined, if products return in good sealed condition a refund will be issued.

Cancel Order Prior To Dispatch

If you wish to cancel a placed order and do so before the item has been dispatched then you will incur a 5% refund charge to cover the costs we incur for the card handlers administration charges.

I Received The Wrong Product OR My Product Arrived Damaged.

First of all we would like to apologize for the error. You must contact us within a reasonable amount of time (14 Days) from the time it was delivered to you and it has not been opened. We will send you a return label for you to send the item back. As soon as we receive the wrong product back. We will send you out the right items.
